Mix all ingredients for the dough.
Knead until the dough gets little sticky and well-mixed. Leave it in a closed container for 1-2 hours to ferment.
Take the fermented dough on the tray, spread the dough by hand with a little flour.
Sprinkle enough bran or flour so that it does not stick to the bottom of the dough.
Make grooves on the dough using your 4 fingers except your thumb.
Mix the ingredients to be applied on it thoroughly and apply it with a brush.
Finally, sprinkle sesame and black seeds on it, leave for another 10-15 minutes to ferment on the tray.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200C (392F) for 20 minutes. After removing it, place it on the cooling rack or a cloth.
